The day after Christmas we went to Texas to visit my family. We did many fun things and ate many good things. I have missed the food there. That's for sure!

Ok, so it's not our FIRST Christmas, but it was our first Christmas with just the 2 of us. We are usually with family for Christmas but we don't have the nice long holidays like we did while we were in school. For those of you who can, enjoy it while it lasts! This year we got our first real Christmas tree. We were very excited and loved that way it made our home smell.
As some of you may know, I've been coaching cheerleading at a local gym. We had a little performance early in December. They did an amazing job! It's a neat feeling to watch kids grow when you have the opportunity to teach them. I can't wait to be a mom.
Kemp and I worked on this together one night many many weeks ago. We made it to hang in his office. It looks kinda odd because it's just sitting on our stools. We had fun making it together.
