New Genuine Accents Items!

I'm really excited about these two items! I was hanging out with the APX wives and I always look around to see what kind of jewelry they wear. Megan Hobson was wearing an adorable chain necklace that I had to copy! It's not exactly the same but I got really close. So if y'all ever see anything that's really cute and have your camera handy, please send me pictures and help me come up with some more really cute stuff!

And Genuine Accents is having a 4th of july sale! Check out the Genuine Accents blog for more details!

Tennessee

Since we have both finished school and taken an awesome vacation....we made our way to Hermitage, TN were Kemp is working for APX Alarm for one more summer. We have been here about 2.5 weeks and have met a lot of awesome people, just like we do every summer with APX. The apartments are very nice and we decided to pay for cable for the first time in our married lives, which is awesome! We never had cable while we were in school, so it's nice to finally see all the funny commercials all our friends talk about. This office still has BBQs, but they are on Wednesdays instead of Fridays. So today I got to see the APX boys in action while they played water football. Here are some fun shots....

Spain!

Our trip to Spain was amazing! Our friends, Brittany and Abell, were able to go with us. It was nice to share that kind of experience with them. We went to Barcelona, Pamplona, Orense, and Madrid. Going there really made us both appreciate the U.S. Everyone smokes in Spain and there is the "Spaniard odor", so it smells like a combination of the two everywhere, even outside. The air back here in the U.S. seems so fresh and clear. Here are a few pictures from our trip!

This is the Cathedral in Barcelona. It's absolutely amazing!
This was also in Barcelona.
Our bus stop from Barcelona to Pamplona.
After a very long bus ride to Pamplona.... "The Run of the Bulls" statue.
We went to a park where there was a section marked off for animals. We caught a peacock in action. They even had a solid white peacock, but it would never spread its feathers.
Isn't this adorable?
Here's where Kemp lived in Pamplona on his mission.
This is part of a fort located in Pamplona that was built to defend against in Moors.
This is located in the middle of a square in Pamplona.
Here's are our awesome friends who went with us to Spain. We love you guys!
This is the "Millennium Bridge" in Orense, Spain.
We climbed all the way to the top of the bridge. We are sooo strong!
This is the chapel located next to the Royal Palace in Madrid.
This is the Royal Palace in Madrid! We were able to go inside, but were prohibited from taking pictures. Everything inside was very fancy and beautiful. The ceilings in each room were elaborately painted. It was amazing!
Here's a close up of the front of the palace.
Here's a view of the chapel from the palace.
Watch out! We are on guard!
This section of the Retiro Park in Madrid was full of roses, but it was closed. This was the closest we got. It looked very pretty. We wish we could have walked through it.
We ended our trip by going to the Temple. It was a very interesting experience because there were 5 different languages present in the session.
This tree was brought all the way from Jerusalem and planted outside of the temple.
Pretty amazing.
This was outside of the temple....very touching
